Careers at FSP
At Felt Sense Psychotherapy, we’re a small group practice focused on connection, support, and evidence-based treatment for trauma and relationships. We value meaningful clinical work without the burnout culture—where clinicians are supported, collaboration is real, and growth is encouraged. If you’re looking for a practice that’s intentional, relational, and grounded in both depth and humour, you should connect and see if we are a good fit!

Our Values and Vision
At Felt Sense Psychotherapy, we believe healing happens in connection. Our work is grounded in the understanding that emotions are not problems to solve, but experiences to be felt, understood, and moved through with support. We are rooted in attachment theory, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and nervous system–informed practice. We see symptoms not as pathology in isolation, but as adaptive responses shaped by relationships, safety, and lived experience. We value depth over performance. Presence over fixing. Curiosity over certainty. We don’t believe people can think their way out of pain—we believe meaningful change happens when people feel safe enough to experience what has been held alone for too long. Our vision is to create a therapy environment where clients feel genuinely met, and clinicians feel supported, collaborative, and human. A space where the work is meaningful, sustainable, and alive—not rushed, clinical in the detached sense, or reduced to checklists. We are building a practice that honours the nervous system, respects emotional truth, and trusts the healing power of relationship.

Approaches at FSP
If you’re a therapist with a solid grounding in attachment theory and training in Emotion-Focused Therapy, who understands the nervous system and doesn’t believe people can think their way out of their feelings, you may be a strong fit for our team.
