Alisia has been supporting individuals in the Ottawa area since 2019, helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, identity exploration, grief, parenting challenges, and experiences related to the LGBTQIA+ community. She brings a warm and attuned presence to every session, tailoring her approach to each client’s unique needs.

Alisia helps clients build resilience, strengthen relationships, and reconnect with themselves.  Alisia believes that everyone has the capacity to heal when offered a supportive and reflective space. She creates an environment where clients can increase self-understanding, build resilience, and move toward a more authentic, fulfilling life. Clients seeking clarity, alignment, and stronger relationships are invited to book a consultation.
