More about me:
My approach to psychotherapy is grounded in creating a sense of safety—both within yourself and in the therapeutic relationship. I believe that meaningful change begins when you feel supported enough to slow down and gently turn toward your inner experience, rather than pushing through or analyzing from a distance.
Together, we work at a pace that feels manageable, taking time to notice subtle patterns in the body, emotional shifts, and the ways your system has learned to protect you. Through an attachment and somatic lens, I support you in understanding how your past experiences live in your present—not just in your thoughts, but in your nervous system, your responses, and your relationships.
Rather than focusing only on insight, our work centers on helping you build the capacity to stay with your emotions—gradually expanding your ability to feel, process, and respond with greater choice and self-compassion. I hold the belief that you already carry an innate sense of what you need to heal and grow; therapy becomes a space where that knowing can emerge, when there is enough felt safety to access it.
Over time, this work can support a deeper connection with yourself, increased emotional tolerance, and a greater sense of steadiness in navigating life and relationships. From this place, meaningful and sustainable change becomes possible.
