More about Maiah:
Maiah has always been drawn to the inner worlds of others—the emotions, memories, and stories
we quietly carry. Her curiosity about what shapes us, paired with a deep belief in the healing
power of connection, is what led her to the work of psychotherapy. She holds a Master of
Education in Counselling Psychology from the University of Ottawa and offers both in-person
and virtual sessions.
Maiah approaches her work with warmth, presence, and a relational, client-centered lens. She
believes that meaningful therapy begins with a strong, trusting relationship—not just with
techniques or tools. Her goal is to create a space that feels safe, non-judgmental, and
collaborative, where clients feel genuinely seen, accepted, and supported.
She sees therapy as an invitation to gently turn toward yourself—with compassion, curiosity, and
care. Maiah works at a pace that honours each person’s process, supporting them in moving
toward greater clarity, alignment, and inner ease. She feels deeply honoured to walk alongside
her clients as they explore what matters most and create meaningful change in their lives.
